Regiowedstrijd #1/5, zaterdag 11 april 2026 bij RIC

De eerste regiowedstrijd van 2026 wordt georganiseerd door RIC en vindt plaats op zaterdag 11 april.

Adres: Korte Ouderkerkerdijk 32, 1096 AC Amsterdam.

Programma:
Ontvangst vanaf 13.00 uur.
Wedstrijden van 14.00 tot 16.00 uur
Daarna bekendmaking winnaars, prijsuitreiking en borrel!

Wedstrijdbaan:
• De lengte van het parcours is ongeveer 600 meter.
• De start is onder de Utrechtse brug in de richting van RIC.
• De boten starten één voor één, met een korte tijd ertussen.
• Je houdt de rode boeien aan je stuurboord zijde.
• Bij de DERDE RODE BOEI zo snel mogelijk ronden, en vervolgens
• Finishen tussen de 2e rode boei en dukdalf voor de haven van RIC

Doelgroep: recreatieve roeiers en beginners vanaf S1 bevoegdheid die het leuk vinden om eens in wedstrijdverband te roeien.

Hoe werkt het?
• Vorm een ploegje voor je gewenste boottype (C2x+, C4x+ of 4x+).
• Je team kan bestaan uit dames, heren of mix. (Mix team is minimaal 50% dames).
• Het gaat vooral om het plezier tijdens de voorbereidingen en bij de wedstrijden.
• Je neemt het op tegen teams uit de regio Amsterdam en omstreken.

Doe je ook mee? Het kan zomaar jouw opstap zijn naar grotere wedstrijden zoals Novembervieren, de Head of the River en de Heineken Roeivierkamp.

Je wordt toegevoegd als lid van de WhatsAppgroep van W3 Regiowedstrijd roeiers. In deze groep wordt informatie gedeeld die van belang is voor de wedstrijden.
Aanmelden als individuele W3 roeier mag ook. Zoek zelf je eventuele ploeggenoten binnen de leden van de WhatsApp groep. Of we proberen je te koppelen aan andere individuele deelnemers.

Kosten: € 10,00 per boot met 2 roeiers en € 20,00 euro per boot met 4 roeiers.

Regional competition #1/5, Saturday, April 11th, 2026, at RIC

The first regional competition of 2026 is being organized by RIC and will take place on Saturday, April 11th.

Address: Korte Ouderkerkerdijk 32, 1096 AC Amsterdam.

Program:
Reception from 1:00 p.m.
Competitions from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Followed by the announcement of the winners, award ceremony, and drinks!

Race course:
• The length of the course is approximately 600 metres.
• The start is under the Utrecht bridge in the direction of RIC.
• The boats start one by one, with a short interval between them.
• Keep the red buoys on your starboard side.
• Round the THIRD RED BUOY as quickly as possible, and then
• Finish between the 2nd red buoy and the dolphin in front of the RIC harbour.

Target group: Recreational rowers and beginners with S1 certification who enjoy competitive rowing.

How does it work?
• Form a team for your desired boat type (C2x+, C4x+ or 4x+).
• Your team can consist of women, men or a mix. (A mixed team must consist of at least 50% women).
• The main focus is on having fun during the preparations and at the competitions.
• You will compete against teams from the Amsterdam region and surrounding areas.

Would you like to join? It could be your stepping stone to bigger competitions such as Novembervieren, the Head of the River and the Heineken Roeivierkamp.

You will be added as a member of the WhatsApp group for W3 Regional Competition rowers. This group is used to share information that is relevant to the competitions.
You can also register as an individual W3 rower. Find your own teammates among the members of the WhatsApp group. Or we will try to match you with other individual participants.
