DESCRIPTION:Regiowedstrijd #1/5, zaterdag 11 april 2026 bij RIC, 13.00-18.00 uur\nGeorganiseerd door RIC namens de Amsterdamse roeiverenigingen. Voor beginnende en recreatieve roeiers vanaf S1/S2 bevoegdheid die het leuk vinden om uit te vinden hoe het is om in wedstrijdverband te roeien.\n• Vorm een ploegje voor je gewenste boottype (C2x+, C4x+ of 4x+).\n• Je team kan bestaan uit dames, heren of mix.\n• Het gaat vooral om het plezier tijdens de voorbereidingen en bij de wedstrijden.\n• Je neemt het op tegen teams uit de regio Amsterdam en omstreken.\nWedstrijdbaan bij RIC: De wedstrijd is in de vorm van een time trial. De ploegen starten dus niet boord aan boord, maar starten na elkaar. De start is onder de Utrechtse brug. Er wordt dan geroeid naar de derde rode boei waar razendsnel gekeerd moet worden, om de boei heen, en dan terug naar de tweede boei, waar gefinisht wordt. For novice and recreational rowers with S1/S2 certification who would like to find out what it’s like to row in a competitive setting.\n• Form a team for your desired boat type (C2x+, C4x+, or 4x+).\n• Your team can consist of women, men, or a mix.\n• The main focus is on having fun during the preparations and at the competitions.\n• You will compete against teams from the Amsterdam region and surrounding areas.\nCompetition course at RIC: The competition takes the form of a time trial. This means that the teams do not start side by side, but one after the other. The start is under the Utrecht bridge. The teams then row to the third red buoy, where they have to turn around quickly, go around the buoy, and then back to the second buoy, where the finish line is.
